穴位注射复方骨肽联合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效

目的观察复方骨肽穴位注射联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎（KOA）的疗效。方法KOA患者151例，随机分成A组（83例）和B组（68例），A组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射综合治疗；B组在A组治疗的基础上联合复方骨肽穴位（犊鼻穴）注射。治疗1个月后，行膝关节（HSS）功能评定。结果2个疗程后，B组HSS评分明显高于A组（P〈0．05）；B组的总有效率94．1％（64／68例）高于A组89．2％（74／83例）（P〈0．05）。结论复方骨肽穴位注射联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切。

Efficacy of compound ossotide point injection combined with intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injec- tion for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound ossotide point injection combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-artieular injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and fifty-one patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A （83 ca- ses） and group 13 （68 cases）. The patients in group A received comprehensive therapy including sodi- um intra-articular hyaluronate injection. Group B received the comprehensive therapy combined with compound ossotide Tupi point injection. Hospital for special surgery（HSS） was used to evaluate the effects at one month after the treatment. Results After two courses of the treatment, HSS in group B were significantly better than that in group A（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was higher in group B（94. 1%, 64/68 cases） than that in group A（89.2%, 74/83 cases） after one month（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound ossotide point injection combined with sodium hyaluronate intra- articular injection is effective for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
