消萎灵I号胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变52例临床研究

目的　探讨消萎灵I号胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的疗效。方法　将 72例慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变患者随机分为服用消萎灵I号胶囊治疗组 5 2例、服用维酶素治疗对照组 2 6例 ,观察两组治疗前后的主症、镜检及病理变化。结果　治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其胃镜下黏膜相及活组织病理的炎症、萎缩、肠化、异型增生等病变明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　消萎灵I号胶囊是治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的有效方药。

Efficacy of Xiaoweiling I capsules in treatment of 52 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Xiaoweiling I capsules on chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions.Methods Prospective randomized controlled study was conducted.78 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups:52 patients treated with Xiaoweiling I capsules as treatment group and 26 patients with Weimeisu as control group. The parameters observed indicated patients' symptoms and physical signs, appearance of mucosa surface under endoscope, histopathological structure before and after treatment.Results The overall response rate was 84.6% in the treatment group and 46.1% in the control group,with a significant difference (P<0.05).The appearence of gastric mucosa surface, inflamation,atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia were significantly improved after the Xiaoweiling treatment, (P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaoweiling I capsules is an efficacious drug in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions.
