肺血栓栓塞症25例诊断分析

目的分析肺栓塞的临床特点,提高诊断水平。方法对我院近2年肺栓塞的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果大多数肺栓塞患者均存在基础疾病,有肺栓塞危险因素者20例(80%),常见的临床表现是呼吸困难20例(80%),胸部X线异常18例(72%),心电图异常22例(88%),下肢深静脉血栓形成15例(60%),6例(24%)患者接受了溶栓治疗,所有病人都接受了抗凝治疗。结论肺栓塞的临床表现多种多样,胸片、心电图等不具有特异性,提高对肺栓塞的警惕性,综合分析,可及时正确地诊断,避免误诊和漏诊。

The diagnostic analysis of 25 cases in pulmonary thromboembolism

Objective To analyse the clinical character of pulmonary embolism and to improve the physician's recognition of the complex rule and the diagnosilic level of pulmonary embolism.Methods The retrospective analysis to PE patients diagnosed in respiratory department during two years.Results Most pulmonary embolism patients had primary diseases.20 case(80%) had dangerous factor.The common clinical symptom contained 20 cases(80%) of dyspnea,18 cases(72%) of abnormal cheast X-ray,22 cases(88%) of abnormal ECG,15 cases of(60%) lower limb's deep venous thrombosis.Six cases(24%) of pulmonary embolism patients accepted the treatment of dissolving embolism.The anti-coagulant therapy were used in all patients.Conclusion The clinical syptom of pulmonary embolism are diversified.Chest X-ray,ECG,et al.are not specific.We should emhance alertness to and synthetical analysis of pulmonary embolism so that we can make more accurate diagnosis of pulmonary embolism and avoid possible misdiagnosis.
