聪灵胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠氧自由基的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨聪灵胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠血清及脑组织内氧自由基的影响。方法:采用分离结扎双侧颈总动脉建立血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠模型,设立聪灵胶囊大、中、小剂量组,喜得镇阳性对照组,模型对照组及假手术对照组,分别测定血清、大脑皮质及海马的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果:模型对照组血清、大脑皮质和海马SOD活性显著低于假手术组,MDA和NO含量显著高于假手术组(P〈0.05、P〈0.01);聪灵胶囊各剂量组血清SOD活性显著高于模型对照组,MDA和NO含量显著低于模型对照组(P〈0.05、P〈0.01);大脑皮质和海马聪灵胶囊高剂量组SOD活性显著高于模型对照组,MDA和NO含量显著低于模型对照组(P〈0.05、P〈0.01);聪灵胶囊各剂量组SOD活性、MDA和NO含量与阳性对照组比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:聪灵胶囊可以提高SOD活力,也可使MDA和NO含量降低,从而减轻氧自由基的脑损伤作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of Congling Capsule on oxygen free radical in the serum and the brain tissue of rats with Vascular dementia. Methods : Vascular dementia model of rats was established though separating and ligating common carotid artery of both sides. The rats was devided into six groups: Congling Capsule groups(high,middle and low dosage), positive control group of hydergine, model group and control group with sham operation. The contents of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and nitric oxide was measured in serum, cerebral cortex and hippocampus. Result : The activity of SOD in serum, cerebral cortex and hippocampus is lower significantly in the model group than in the group with sham operation(P〈0.05,P〈0.01) ; The activity of SOD in serum in serum is higher significantly in Congling Capsule groups of each dosage than in the model group, The contents of MDA and NO is lower significantly than in the model group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01) ; The activity of SOD and the contents of MDA and NO have not statistical significance both in Congling Capsule groups of each dosage and in the positive control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Congling Capsule can reduce the brain injured of oxygen free radicle through raising the activity of SOD and lowing the contents of MDA and NO.
