| 摘 要： | 目的总结急性化脓性腹膜炎54例治疗体会。方法回顾性分析54例急性化脓性腹膜炎的临床资料。其中阑尾炎36例，胃及十二指肠穿孔12例，小肠穿孔4例，胆囊炎2例。结果54例均行手术治疗，全部治愈，切口感染3例，肺部感染2例，肠粘连2例。结论急性化脓性腹膜炎应早期诊断、早期手术，正确处理原发病，以减少并发症，提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the treatment of acute suppurative peritonitis in 54 patients. Methods The clinical data of 54 patients with acute suppurative peritonitis were analyzed retrospectively, 36 cases were appendicitis, 12 cases were perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcers, 4 cases were perforation of small intestine, 2 cases were cholecystitis. Results All patients were treated by operation and cured, infection of incisional wound appeared in 3 cases, the pulmonary infection appeared in 2 cases, the intestinal adhesion appeared in 2 cases. Conclusions The acute suppurative peritonitis should be diagnosed and operated in time, the original disease should be treated correctly earlier, so as to reduce the complication and improve the cure rate. |
