脑微透析技术在脑内研究中的应用

摘    要:脑微透析技术可用于采样脑内神经递质、神经蛋白和激素,并结合高灵敏度的微量化学分析技术对其进行定量分析,从而研究与中枢神经递质相关的疾病、病理及治疗方法等。本文介绍了脑微透析技术的基本原理和过程,并对其在中枢神经递质如兴奋性氨基酸、乙酰胆碱、多巴胺、五羟色胺等及相关药物如选择性五羟色胺再摄取抑制剂、自由基清除剂研究中的应用进行综述。

Application of brain microdialysis in brain research

Abstract:Brain microdialysis is a technique for sampling the neurotransmitters,neuroprotein and hormones in brain.Coupling with the hypersensitized microchemical analysis technique for quantitative analysis,brain microdialysis can be used for researching the diseases,pathology and therapeutic methods in the fields of neurotransmitters.Here we introduced the basic principle and procedure of brain microdialysis,and summarized the application of brain microdialysis in neurotransmitters,including excitatory amino acid,acetylcholine,dopamine and serotonin and the related drugs such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor,free radical scavenger.
