摘    要:椎间盘组织工程是基于种子细胞和生物材料的一种体外构建技术,利用组织工程学方法干预椎间盘的退行性变成为一种广泛而有效的治疗方法,在动物实验中取得了显著的进展.本文重点综述了近年来椎间盘组织工程的研究进展和发展方向.

Abstract:Intervertebral disc tissue engineering is a kind of building techniques in vitro which is based on the seed cells and biomaterials. Using tissue engineering methods intervention for degenerative intervertebral disc has made significant progress in animal experiments and will become an extensive and effective treatment method. The research progress of intervertebral disc tissue engineering in recent years and the development direction were introduced in this paper.
