| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下浅表肿块穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法对186例浅表肿块病例在彩色多普勒超声引导下行穿刺活检的方法和病例结果进行分析。结果彩色多普勒超声引导下对浅表肿块的穿刺活检成功率为99.5%,取材满意率为97.7%,未见明显并发症及不良事件发生;186例中良性病例89例,恶性病例97例。结论彩色多普勒超声引导下对浅表肿块的穿刺活检,操作简便,创伤小,成功率高,是浅表肿块明确病理诊断的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound-guided biopsy for superficial masses.Methods 186 cases with superficial masses were punctured under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound.The puncture methods and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The success rate of color Doppler ultrasoundguided biopsy of superficial masses was 100％.The specimen was satisfied in 97.8％.89 cases were malignant and 97 cases were benign.Conclusion It is simple,less damage and effective for superficial masses to get pathological diagnosis by color Doppler ultrasound-guided biopsy. |
