| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨王珂老中医平肝通络汤经验方治疗肝阳夹瘀型眩晕的临床疗效.方法 将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例口服王珂老中医的经验方（平肝通络汤加减）治疗;对照组30例采用口服其他医师自开药方治疗,14天为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察两组疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.0％,对照组为73.3％,治疗组眩晕发作次数均低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 王珂老中医经验方平肝通络汤治疗肝阳夹瘀型眩晕临床疗效好,具有临床推广应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Penggantongluotang on vertigo with Ganyang and Ganyu.Methods 60 patients with dizzy were randomly divided into two groups including the treatment group （30 cases） treated with Penggantongluo decoction and the control group with oral tablets.After a course of treatment,the effects were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 73%.The times of migraine attacks of the treatment group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is effective to treat vertigo with Ganyang and Ganyu with Penggantongluo decoction. |
