摘    要:排斥导向分子(RGMs)家族包括三种蛋白,即RGMa、RGMb和RGMC,通过其受体neogenin,在发育及成年神经系统中显示了多种生物学活性.近年来,RGMa被证实参与了细胞增殖和分化、细胞粘附和迁移、神经褶皱形成、轴突导向、生长锥塌陷和轴突生长/再生等神经系统发育早期事件,同时RGMa还在多发性硬化症和老年性痴呆(AD)等中枢神经系统疾病中发挥了独特的作用.本文就RGMa在神经系统中的研究进展作一述评.

Progress of the role of repulsive guidance molecule in central nervous system

Abstract:Repulsive guidance molecules (RGMs) family,including three proteins,RGMa,RGMb and RGMC,through its receptor,neogenin,shows a number of biological activities in the developing and the adult nervous system.In recent years,RGMa was confirmed involved in cell proliferation and differentiation,cell adhesion and migration,neural folds elevation,axon guidance,growth cone collapse and neurite outgrowth/regeneration.In addition,RGMa has shown distinct roles in diseases of central nervous system,such as multiple sclerosis and AD.In this paper,the emerging role of RGMa in the central nervous system was reviewed.
