膝关节多发韧带损伤关节镜下重建方法的临床应用

目的 探讨膝关节多发韧带损伤关节镜下重建方法的应用价值.方法 选取2011年5月～2013年3月收治的50例膝关节多发韧带损伤患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组25例.对照组患者给予保守治疗,治疗组患者给予关节镜下重建治疗,然后对两组患者的膝关节功能及不良反应发生情况进行统计分析.结果 两组患者治疗前后的Lysholm膝关节功能评分和主动关节活动范围之间的差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗组患者的提升幅度较大;治疗前两组患者的Lysholm膝关节功能评分和主动关节活动范围之间的差异均不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）,治疗后治疗组患者的Lysholm膝关节功能评分明显比对照组患者高,主动关节活动范围明显比对照组患者大,且术后不良反应发生率明显比对照组患者低,差异均具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 膝关节多发韧带损伤关节镜下重建方法较保守治疗方法具有较好的应用效果,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical application of reconstruction method of multiple ligament knee injuries under arthroscope

Objective To analyze clinical application of reconstruction method of multiple ligament knee injuries under arthroscope.Methods 50 patients with multiple ligament knee injuries were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group patients were given conservative treatment,and the treatment group was given joint reconstruction under arthroscope.The effects on knee function and the adverse occurrence of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The Lysholm knee joint function score and active joint range differences of patients before and after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Differences of Lysholm knee score and active range of motion before treatment were not statistically significant between the two groups of patients （P〉0.05）.The Lysholm knee functional score of patients in treatment group after treatment significantly higher than the control group patients.The incidence of postoperative adverse reaction of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group patients,statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Reconstruction method of multiple ligament knee injuries under arthroscope is a conservative treatment method with reconstruction.
