阴道超声宫腔造影联合宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉的价值

目的探讨经阴道超声造影(SHG)联合宫腔镜(HS)在子宫内膜息肉诊治中的临床价值。方法 82例患者因行阴道B超(TVS)检查拟诊内膜息肉而纳入研究,先行SHG检查,后行HS检查与治疗,取病变组织送病理检查,以病检结果为诊断金标准,将SHG与HS两种检查结果相比较。结果经病检,在82例患者中,内膜息肉59例,非内膜息肉23例(正常内膜3例、内膜增生19例、粘膜下肌瘤1例)。SHG诊断内膜息肉63例,准确率(93.65%)显著高于TVS(71.95%),两种检查方法比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而SHG诊断准确率略低于HS检查(95.60%),两种检查方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SHG联用HS能明显提高宫内膜息肉诊治的准确性。结论 SHG是诊断子宫内膜息肉的一种无创、安全、简便的检查方法,而联合HS的诊断更准确,且克服以往手术的盲目性,两者联合应用产生较好的互补效应,优于单一检查,是准确诊治宫内膜息肉的一种可行性方法。

Vaginal ultrasound hysterography combined with hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound imaging （SHG） combined with hysteroscopy （HS） in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial lesions.Methods 82 patients with vaginal B ultrasound examination intended to diagnose endometrial polyps were included in the study.The patients were treated with SHG check before HS examination and treatment.The diseased tissue was sent to pathology.Results There were 59 patients with endometrial polyps.SHG diagnostic accuracy rate of endometrial polyps （92.68％） was significantly higher than that of TVS （81.70％）.The two methods were statistically significant differences （P＜0.05）.SHG diagnostic accuracy rate slightly lower than the HS examination（93.90％）.No difference was statistically significant between the two methods（P ＞0.05）.SHG combined with HS endometrial polyps can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion SHG diagnosis of endometrial polyps is non-invasive,safe and easy.SHG combined with HS produces better complementary effects.
