摘    要:目的比较两种降压药物非洛地平和贝那普利对高血压病患者动态脉压及左室肥厚的影响。方法选择1—2级高血压病患者85例,随机分为A、B两组,分别予以非洛地平、贝那普利治疗12个月,观察治疗前后两组患者的动态脉压及左室肥厚相关指标的变化情况。结果A、B两组治疗后动脉脉压均有下降,以B组夜间脉压下降最为明显,治疗后左室肥厚均有减轻,但以B组明显。结论非洛地平和贝那普利均能降低动态脉压,逆转左室肥厚,但以贝那普利最为明显。

The effects of anti-hypertension on ambulatory pulse pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensions

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of felodipine and benazepril on ambulatory pulse pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 85 patients with hypertensive accepted ambu- lartory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) and ultrasonic echocardiography(UCG) were randomly receive felodipine (group A) and benazepril(group B). 12 months after treatment, the patients were examined by ABPM and UCG. The ambulatory pulse pressure and the indexes related to LVH including left ventricular mass index (LVMI), the thickness of interventricular septum (IVST) and posterior wall (LVPWT) and left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDD) were as- sessed and compared with those before treatment. Results The ambulatory pulse pressure including 24-hours, daytime, nighttime and LVH were decreased both in group A and B, but it was most significant of nighttime pulse pressure in group B, and patients in group B had a significant change on LVMI,IVST and LVPWT. Conclusion Both felodipine and benazepril have effects on PP and LVH. Benazepril exerts a better effect than felodipine on PP and LVH in hyperten- tions.
