| 摘 要： | 腹腔镜肝癌切除手术已有20多年的历史,是肝脏外科发展的一个新领域.越来越多的文献报道了腹腔镜肝癌切除手术的可行性以及安全性,腹腔镜肝癌切徐手术也在近几年来得到了快速发展,同时随着腹腔镜技术在肝脏外科的开发和应用,肝切除技术又有了新的发展空间.本文就腹腔镜肝癌切除手术目前的进展作简要的综述.

| Abstract: | Laparoscopie hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma, which has been over 20 years＇ history,is a new field of the development of liver surgery. More and more literature has reported the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma. Laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma has rapidly developed in recent years, and meanwhile, with the exploitation and application of laparoscopic techniques in liver surgery, hepatec- tomy technique also has a new developing space. This paper briefly summarizes the current progress of laparoscopic hepa- tectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma. |
