不同通气方式在早期心肺复苏中的应用效果观察

目的探讨不同通气方式在早期心肺复苏中的影响。方法对48例心跳呼吸骤停患者按数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各24例。观察组在心肺复苏早期采取气管插管，对照组在心肺复苏早期采取面罩口咽通气管通气，对比两种通气方式对心肺复苏成功率的影响。结果①治疗后两组心跳呼吸骤停患者有效率比较：观察组患者有效14例，无效10例，有效率为58．33％；对照组患者有效9例，无效15例，有效率为37．5％，组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。②治疗后两组心跳呼吸骤停患者存活率比较：观察组患者有效9例，无效15例，有效率为37．5％；对照组患者有效6例，无效18例，有效率为25．0％，组间差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论对于心跳呼吸骤停的患者，在心肺复苏早期采用气管插管通气治疗，无论是从患者有效率还是存活率方面比较，都比采取面罩口咽通气管通气治疗效果理想。

Different ventilation mode in the early application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Objective To investigate the effects of different ventilation mode in the early cardiopulmonary resusci- tation （CPR）. Methods 48 patients with cardiopulmonary were divided into observation group and control group. Ob- servation group take endotracheal intubation in the early cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） and the control group in the early cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） oropharyngeal ventilation tube to take the mask ventilation, compared to two kinds of ventilation way. The impacts on the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） were analyzed. Results The effective rates of observation group and control group were 58.33%and 37.5% （P〈0. 05）. The survival rate of observation group and control group were 37.5% and 25.0% （P〈0.05）. Conelusion The endotracheal intuba- tion in the early cardiopulmonary resuscitation is effective for cardio pulmonary resuscitation.
