杉树皮小夹板外固定治疗老年人Collas骨折的临床研究

目的 探讨在手法整复的基础上结合杉树皮小夹板外固定治疗老年人Collas骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2012年1月～2013年1月我院收治的200例老年人Collas骨折患者的临床资料,按照随机原则将其分为观察组与对照组各100例.所有患者均先给予手法复位及肢体功能锻炼,观察组在手法复位的基础上加用杉树皮小夹板外固定治疗,对比分析两组患者的术后愈合时间及临床疗效.结果 观察组100例患者的预后评价中,60例为优,20例为良,14例为可,7例为差,总优良率80.0％.对照组100例患者的预后评价中,30例为优,22例为良,26例为可,21例为差,总优良率52.0％.观察组患者预后疗效明显优于对照组,两组间差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.观察组患者临床愈合时间平均（38.56±3.21）天,对照组平均（55.43±4.39）天,观察组患者明显少于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 杉树皮小夹板外固定法治疗老年人Collas骨折临床效果较好,有利于老年患者骨折断端的稳定,可缩短愈合时间,对患者创伤小,并发症少,有利于患者腕关节功能的恢复,值得在临床上推广应用.

Effect of external fixation of fir bark splint on elderly Collas fractures

Objective To investigate the effect of external fixation of fir bark splint on elderly Collas fractures.Methods 200 elderly patients with Collas fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All patients were given manipulative reduction and body functional training.The observation group was treated with external fixation of fir bark splint,additionally.The healing time and clinical efficacy were observed.Results There were 60 patients with excellent effect,20 patients with good effect and 14 patients with available effect and 7 patients with poor effect of observation group.There were 30 patients with excellent effect,22 patients with good effect and 26 patients with available effect and 21 patients with poor effect of control group.The excellent effect rate of observation group and control group were 80.0% and 52.0% （P〈0.05）.The healing time of observation group and control group were38.56 ±3.21 days and 55.43±4.39 days （P〈0.05）.Conclusion External fixation of fir bark splint on elderly Collas fracture can shorten the healing time,decrease trauma and fewer complications and help patients wrist function recovery.
