摘    要:目的 探讨加压螺钉和大转子骨瓣在治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折中的临床应用效果.方法 回顾性分析本院50例患者的病历资料.观察和比较采用加压螺钉联合大转子骨瓣与单纯加压螺钉治疗在手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、愈合率及股骨头坏死发病率方面的差异.结果 观察组手术时间与术中出血量均明显高于对照组,其骨愈合时间显著少于对照组,骨折愈合率达到了100%,显著高于对照组的92.5%;随访两年后,观察组股骨头坏死发病率为4.00%,对照组为16.00%,组间差异有显著性(x2=5.228,P<0.05),且Harris评分比较也存在显著性差异(t=2.351,P<0.05).结论 加压螺钉和大转子骨瓣治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折疗效显著,且并发症少,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To study and explore the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults with compression screw and greater trochanter bone flap.Methods 80 patients with femoral neck fracture in young adults treated with compression screw and greater trochanter bone flap were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and healing rate and incidence of femoral head necrosis were observed.Results The operative time and intraoperative blood loss of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group.The bone healing time of observation group was significantly less than that of control group.The fracture healing rate of observation group (100%) were significantly higher than that of control group (92.5%).The Harris score of the two groups were significantly different.Conclusion It is effective to treat femoral neck fracture in young adults with compression screw and greater trochanter bone flap.
