多普勒彩超与B超对剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠患者的检测效果比较

目的探讨多普勒彩色超声与B超对剖宫术后瘢痕妊娠患者的检测效果。方法对80例剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠患者,按所使用的超声类型分为实验组与对照组各40例,实验组采用多普勒彩超检测,对照组采用B超检测,比较两组的诊断准确率以及两种方法诊断范围和准确率。结果实验组患者的剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠诊断准确率(90.00%)明显高于对照组患者(57.50%),且多普勒彩超的检查范围比B超检查范围广,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多普勒彩超与B超对于剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠确诊均有较高的准确率,二者均可以在临床上推广应用,但多普勒彩超对早期确诊剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠具有更好的效果和更广的范围。

Diagnostic values of different ultrasonographies for early scarred uterine pregnancy after cesarean section

Objective To investigate diagnostic values of different ultrasonographies for early scarred uterine pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods The clinical data of 80 women with early scarred uterine pregnancy after cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively.All early pregnant women were divided into study group and control group according to type of ultrasound.The pregnant women in the study group received color Doppler ultrasonography and those pregnant women in the control group received B-mode ultrasonography.Diagnostic accuracy rate and examination scope of the two methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasonography for early scarred uterine pregnancy after cesarean section in the study group（90.00％） was significantly higher than that in the control group（57.50％）,and examination scope of color Doppler ultrasonography was wider than that of B-mode ultrasonography,there were both significant differences between the two groups（both P＜0.05）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography and B-mode ultrasonography both are of high diagnostic accuracy rate for early scarred uterine pregnancy after cesarean section and the two methods can be applied in clinic,while color Doppler ultrasonography is of higher diagnostic accuracy rate for early scarred uterine pregnancy.
