| 摘 要： | 疼痛作为一种多维度的现象,是一种复杂的生理心理活动,是临床上最常见的症状之一,常伴随各种临床疾病.它包括伤害性刺激作用于机体所引起的痛感觉,以及机体对伤害性刺激的痛反应（躯体运动性反应和/或内脏植物性反应）,常伴随有强烈的情绪色彩.按疼痛持续时间可分为急性疼痛和慢性疼痛.急性疼痛发生于创伤或手术后,有自限性,当组织损伤恢复后即减轻,若不减轻则发展为慢性疼痛.为深入研究疼痛的发生机制及其治疗,学者们相继建立了诸多动物模型应用于其相关的基础研究中.本文就目前国内外疼痛相关疾病的动物模型应用与研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Pain is a multidimensional phenomenon as well as a complicated physiological and psychological activity.It is the most common clinical symptom,which often associated with a variety of clinical diseases.It includes pain feeling caused by noxious stimulation and is often associated with strong emotions.Pain can be divided into acute pain and chronic pain according to the duration.Pain can affect all aspects of life,such as employment,social activities and relationships.A large number of animal models have been developed for further research on the mechanism and treatment of pain.In this review,we will discuss the common used animal models of pain related diseases. |
