胆红素抗间二硝基苯所致氧化作用的研究

摘    要:目的研究胆红素的抗氧化作用。方法在间二硝基苯(m-DNB)诱导大鼠氧化损伤模型的基础上,采用正交试验设计方差分析,观察不同时间、不同浓度的胆红素的抗氧化作用。结果经胆红素预处理后,大鼠肝细胞丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,O-2·、·OH的产生量减少,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论胆红素有可能通过抑制脂质过氧化、清除自由基和GSH发生联合抗氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective The antioxidative effect of bilirubin on the rat model of oxidative damage to liver induced by m DNB was studied. Methods Orthogonal design was used in the study to observe the antioxidative effects of bilirubin at different exposed doses during different periods. Results The contents of MDA decreased,the level of the productions of superoxide radicals and hydroxy free radicals dropped in rat hepatocytes pretreated with bilirubin,and the differences were significant. Conclusion The study supported that the bilirubin might play a combined antioxidative role with GSH by inhibiting the lipid peroxidation and eliminating the free radicals,and provide a new clue to the prevention of the m DNB related hazards.
