| 摘 要： | 目的:考察注射用头孢匹胺钠在2种输液(葡萄糖和木糖醇)中的配伍稳定性。方法:在室温(25℃)下,模拟临床用药,采用紫外分光光度法分别测定头孢匹胺钠与葡萄糖、木糖醇注射液配伍后24h内的质量浓度并观察外观、pH值的变化情况。结果:8h内配伍液无外观变化,pH值及头孢匹胺钠的质量浓度无明显变化。结论:在室温下,配伍后8h内注射用头孢匹胺钠与2种输液(葡萄糖和木糖醇)均可配伍。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the stability of the compatibility of cefpiramide sodium with 50 mg/mL GS and xylitol. Methods： The concentration of cefpiramide sodium at room temperature was determined by UV-spectrophotometry in 24 hours, while the pH value and appearance were observed. Results： Every guide line of the mixed solution showed that no significant changes occurred within 0-24 h at room temperature. Conclusion： Cefpiramide sodium and 50 mg/mL GS or xylitol could be combined for use at room temperature in 8 hours. |
