肺癌术后复发的CT表现35例分析

目的分析肺癌术后复发的CT表现 ,探讨CT在肺癌术后随访中的价值。方法对临床资料完整、肺癌术后复发 35例患者的系列随访CT片及X线片进行回顾性分析。结果 35例中 ,复发时间最短 3个月 ,最长 4年 ,其CT表现为 (1)作肺残端或残腔内结节或肿块状软组织密度影 2 5例 (71% ) ;(2 )肺部结节性转移灶 12例 (34% ) ,其中同侧肺 10例 ,对侧肺 2例 ;(3)肺门、纵隔淋巴结肿大 2 3例 (6 5 % ) ;(4 )胸膜增厚、胸腔积液 8例 (2 3% ) ;(5 )肋骨及椎骨破坏 3例 (9% )。结论肺癌术后定期CT扫描能准确显示癌灶复发情况 ,对复发灶的早期诊断和指导临床治疗具有重要价值。

CT findings of the recurrence of lung carcinoma after operation: a report of 35 cases

Objectives To analyze CT appearances of the recurrent lung carcinoma after operation, and to evaluate CT in Postoperative follow up.Method CT and Xray films findings in 35 cases with recurrent lung carcinoma in postoperative follow up was retrospectively analyzed.Results Recurrent time:from 3 months to 4 yeares in 35 cases.(1)Nodules or masses in residual lung and cave was seen in 25 cases(71%);(2)Pulmonary metastatic nodules was found in 12 cases(34%).(3)Hilar and mediastinal lymph node enlargment was seen in 23 cases(65%).(4)Pleural thickening and effusion was seen in 8 cases(23%).(5)Destroyed rib and vertebra was seen in 3 cases (9%).Conclusion CT follow up examination plays an important role on making an early diagnosis of the recurrence of lung carinoma after operation, and it is of great value in clinical therapy.
