腹腔镜胆总管取石术对2型糖尿病术后血糖的影响

目的评价2型糖尿病患者腹腔镜胆总管取石术术后血糖变化规律及其影响因素。方法对施行腹腔镜胆总管取石术的36例2型糖尿病患者进行术前、术后1、2h、1、3及5d血糖监测。结果2型糖尿病患者术后1、2h血糖显著升高（P〈0．05），术后1天基本接近术前水平（P〉0．05）。术后血糖升高与手术时间、糖尿病病程、术前血糖水平呈正相关，与术后并发症有关。结论对2型糖尿病患者术前应正确评价糖尿病病情，术中缩短手术时间，减少创伤，术后严格控制并发症。

Effect of choledochoscopy on blood sugar in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus

[Objective] To evaluate the change of blood sugar in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus after choledochoscopy, and to analyze the relative reasons. [Methods] Blood sugar of 36 patients type 2 diabetes mellitus who underwent the choledochoscopy was examined preoperatively, and 1~2 hours, 1, 3, and 5 days postoperatively. [Results] Compared with blood sugar preoperative ,it increased significantly postoperative (P <0.05), and reached the preoperative level 1 day postoperatively (P >0.05). There was a positive correlation between blood sugar increase and surgery time, diabetic duration, and preoperative blood sugar. The diabetic complications were related to the postoperative blood sugar. [Conclusions] Preoperative correct estimate of diabetic condition, shorter surgery time, minimized surgical damage, and good control of postoperative complications should be noted in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .
