摘    要:背景与目的:探讨PS8812多糖及其硒多糖的抗诱变作用.材料与方法:采用Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核及小鼠精子畸形抗突变试验.结果:多糖和硒多糖对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌突变菌株TA98及TA100的回复突变有明显抑制作用,最高抑制率分别为65.39%和73.21%;多糖和硒多糖也能显著降低环磷酰胺诱导的微核率和精子畸形率,微核抑制率为40.24%~60.37%,精子畸形抑制率为38.92%~62.36%.结论:PS8812多糖及其硒多糖均有明显的抗诱变作用.

Anti- mutagenicity test of PS8812 Polysaccharides and its Selenium Polysaccharides
Abstract:BACKGROUND & AIM:To study the antimutagenic effect of PS8812 Polysaccharides (PSP) and its Selenium Polysaccharides(PSSP) .MATERIAL AND METHODS: The Ames test, mouse marrow micronueleus test and mouse sperm malformation test were used. RESULTS: PSP and PSSP both could evidently inhibit the reverse mutation on Salmonella thphimurium strains TA98 and TA100 with and without S9 mix. The rates of maximum inhibition were 65.39 % and 73.21 % respectively. The frequencies of micronueleus and abnormal sperms induced by cyclophosphamide (CP)were reduced significantly by PSP and PSSP. The inhibitory rate of micronueleus was between 40.24% and 60. 37%; the inhibitory rate of abnormal sperms was between 38.92 % and 62.36 % .CONCLUSION: PSP and PSSP have significant antimutagenic effect.
