传统气管切开术与经皮扩张气管切开术在ICU中的临床对比研究

目的比较传统气管切开术与经皮扩张气管切开术(PDT)在ICU中的应用对比,分析两种方法的临床价值及意义。方法分析104例在ICU气管切开使用机械通气患者的临床资料,将48例经传统气管切开术患者分为对照组,56例经皮扩张气管切开术患者为观察组。比较两组患者手术操作情况,术后并发症等。结果①经比较发现,观察组患者并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。②经比较发现,观察组手术时间、切口长度、愈合时间、术中出血量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但是观察组手术费用高于对照组(P<0.05),组间差别均具有统计学意义。结论 PDT在抢救中具有优势,熟练掌握适应证、禁忌证,减少可能出现的并发症。

Comparison of the Clinical Efficacy between Percutaneous Dilatational Tracheotomy and Conventional Tracheotomy

Objective To evaluate comparatively the clinical efficacy of percutaneous dilatational tracheotomy （PDT） and conventional tracheotomy for critically illpatiants in ICU. Methods 104 patients with tracheotomy in ICU were selected and divided them into two groups. As control group contains 48 patients underwent conventional trachaotomy and observation group has 56 patients received PDT. The mean time used for the operations, complications, and safety were compared between the two methods. Results The operation-related complications in observation group were less than control group （P〈0.05）, and has shorter operation time, incision length, recovery time and bleeding（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDT has much characteristics as safety, easy to operate, with less time and complications.
