内镜下黏膜切除术在早期消化道肿瘤中的临床应用

目的观察内镜下黏膜切除术在治疗早期消化道肿瘤中的临床疗效。方法选择我院自2011年2月至2012年2月符合内镜治疗适应证的62例早期消化道肿瘤性病变患者,根据治疗适应证,应用内镜下黏膜切除术进行病灶切除治疗,观察患者的病症恢复情况。结果经过内镜下黏膜切除术的治疗,本组62例早期消化道肿瘤患者的病灶均完全成功切除,成功率100%。其中5例术中创面少量出血,给予血凝酶或钛夹止血。无术后穿孔、局限性腹膜炎等严重并发症发生。结论内镜下黏膜切除术治疗早期消化道肿瘤可以有效的切除病灶,是一种在临床上值得推广应用的一种有效的微创治疗方法。

The Clinical Application of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection to Earlier Gastrointestinal Tumors

Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of the endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of early gastrointestinal tumors. Methods Our methods is selecting 62 patients to the gastrointestinal tract cancerous lesions from September 2011 to February 2012, According to the treatment of indication, the application of the endoscopic mueosal resection lesions were treated, then observe the patients disease recovery situations. Results Through the treatment of endoscopic mueosal resection, the 62 patients with early gastrointestinal tumors are completely successful resection.5 patients with intraoperative wound minimal hemorrhage, give blood clots enzyme or titanium clamp to stop bleeding. And no postoperative perforation, localized peritonitis and other serious complications occurred. Conclusion The endoscopic mucosal resection can be an effective removal of lesions for early gastrointestinal tumors, and it is a kind of effective minimally invasive treatment method .
