电切镜下同期治疗前列腺增生症并膀胱结石的疗效观察

目的观察电切镜下治疗前列腺增生症并膀胱结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析40例经尿道前列腺电切术联合气压弹道碎石术治疗前列腺增生症并膀胱结石患者临床治疗记录。结果 40例手术全部成功,碎石率达100%;手术时间为40～120min,平均68min;患者手术期不需输血,不出现TUR综合征、前列腺外科包膜以及膀胱穿孔并发症,无严重感染;手术后住院3～6d可拔除尿管,能正常排尿,不出现真性尿失禁;出院后后随访4个月,并按国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)进行评分得生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax),残余尿(RUV)与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电切镜下经尿道前列腺电切术联合气压弹道碎石术治疗前列腺增生症并膀胱结石是一种有效安全的治疗方法,具损伤小以及并发症少等优点。

Efficacy of Transurethral Resection of the Microscope over the Same Period of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Bladder Stones

Objective To observe the electricity cut mirror therapy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone clinical curative effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of 40 patients with transurethral resection of prostate combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones in patients with clinical treatment records. Results 40 cases were all successful operation, gravel rate reached 100%; operation time is 40 - 120min, the mean 68min; during operation without blood transfusion, does not appear in TUR syndrome, prostate surgical capsule and perforation of the bladder complications, no serious infection; operation after hospitalization for3 -6D catheter removal, normal voiding, does not appear urinary incontinence; after discharge fi＇om hospital after a follow-up of 4 months, and according to the International Prostate Symptom Score （IPSS） score of life quality score （QOL）, maximal urinary flow rate （Qmax）, residual urine （RUV） before and after treatment had a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conelu sions Transurethral endoscopic transurethral resection of prostate combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone is a safe and effective treatment method, with little injury and less complications.
