北京3所军队医院ICU护士睡眠质量及疲劳的相关性分析及对策

目的了解军队医院1CU护士睡眠质量、疲劳状况及其相关性，以便有效调节睡眠，缓解疲劳，为人力资源管理提供依据。方法使用睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、疲劳量表（FAl）调查北京3所军队三级甲等医院的100名ICU护士，分析其睡眠质量与疲劳状况及两者的相关性。结果67％护士疲劳的严重程度和77％护士疲劳的结果因子得分异常；46％军队ICU护士存在睡眠质量差，表现在睡眠潜伏期延长、主观睡眠质量差、睡眠紊乱、白天功能紊乱。本组的睡眠总分、主观睡眠质量、睡眠持续性、白天功能紊乱与疲劳程度呈一定正相关（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论军队ICU护士睡眠质量的降低是增加疲劳感的因素之一，同时疲劳感的增加又可影响睡眠质量。提醒管理者应重视护士的睡眠状况，进行合理排班，减轻护士压力源，教会护士自我调节睡眠，缓解护理人员的疲劳水平。

The Correlations between Sleep Quality and Fatigue among ICU Nurses of 3 Military Hospitals and Copying Strategy

Objective To investigate the correlations between sleep quality and fatigue among ICU nurses of 3 military hospitals and copying strategy so as to adjust their sleep and relieve fatigue for providing a basis of human resources management. Methods PSQI and FAI were used to make the survey over 100 ICU nurses from 3 First-class Grade-A military hospitals. The correlations between their sleep quality and fatigue were analyzed. Results The severity of fatigue at 67% of the nurses and the result factor of fatigue at 77% were abnormal at scores. 46% of the ICU nurses had poor quality of sleep, demonstrating delayed sleep eclipse period, poor quality of subjective sleep, sleep disorder, daytime function disorder. The fatigue degrees were positively correlated with sleep total scores, subjective sleep quality, sleep duration and daytime function disorder （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion The decline of sleep quality of ICU nurses is a course for the aggravation of their fatigue, while the aggravation of fatigue can affect sleep quality. It is suggested that the administrators should attach importance to nurse＇s sleep quality, reasonably making the shifts, reducing work pressure, instruct them how to make self-adjustment to relieve their fatigue.
