摘    要:目的:探讨呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染对体外培养人肺腺癌细胞系PAa的影响。方法:应用RSV体外感染PAa细胞,观察PAa细胞的变化:聚合酶链反应(PCR)结合单链构象多态性分析(SSCP)检测PAa细胞p53基因突变情况。结果:RSV感染PAa细胞24h后,细胞出现融合病变,形成巨融合细胞;病变细胞p53第5、6、7、8、9外显子突变热点区域未见单链多态性变化。结论:RSV对PAa细胞形态影响明

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) on the morphology of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line PAa and the mutation of p53 Methods:PAa cells were infected with RSV and the mutation of p53 in PAa cells was observed with polymerase chain reaction single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR SSCP) Results: 24 hours after RSV infection, huge fused PAa cells were formed PCR SSCP revealed no change of exon 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of p53 gene in the fused PAa cells Conclusion: RSV infection affects significantly the morphology of PAa cells but its effects on the changes of genes in PAa cells needs further investigation
