| 摘 要： | 目的了解透明隔囊肿所致精神障碍的临床特征，探讨其发生机制度治疗方法。方法对60例透明隔囊肿所致精神障碍患者的临床资料进行分析。结果发现此类息者可有多种精神障碍的表现，但无一般器质性精神障碍的临床特征，透明隔囊肿与临床诊断无特异性对应关系；病情轻者药物治疗效果好，病情重者神经内镜手术治疗效果良好。结论透明隔囊肿所致精神障碍患者易被误诊，病情重者神经内镜手术可作为首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical feature of mental disorder,mechanism and therapy associated with lucid septum cyst.Methods Sixty patients with mental disorder caused by lucid septum cyst were analyzed clinically.Results These patients had various appearance of mental disorder and no common clinical features of cerebral organic with mental disorder.The clinical diagnosis had no specificity corresponded with lucid septum cyst.The mild patients had better therapeutic efficacy to drug treatment,the heavies had better therapeutic efficacy to endoscopic surgery.Conclusion The mental disorder caused by lucid septum cyst is apt to be misdiagnosed.Endoscopic surgery should be considered as a primary treatment for lucid septum cyst. |
