风痛宁丸质量标准的研究

目的 建立风痛宁丸的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对制剂中马钱子、川乌、川芎、独活进行定性鉴别，采用高效液相色谱法对士的宁进行了含量测定；结果 薄层色谱鉴别的4种供试品色谱，在与对照品或对照药材色谱相应的位置上均能显示相同颜色的斑点；含量测定平均回收率为98．92％，RSD为2．23％；结论 该方法操作简便、灵敏准确，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

Studies on quality control standard of Fengtongning Pills

Aim To establish a method for the quality control of Fengtongning pills.Methods Semen strychni Radix aconiti Rhizoma chuanxiong and Radix angelicae pubescentis in Fengtongning pills were qualitatively identified by TLC.The content of strychnine was determined by HPLC.Results The TLC indicated that four identified herb can showed same color pot with control herb or contrast in same position.The content determining average recoveries rates of strychnine was 98.92%(RSD=2.23%).Conclusions The method was sensitive,reliable and simple.It can be used in the quality control of Fengtongning pills.
