摘    要:目的对后磨牙桩核修复技术进行实验研究。方法采用先进的现代光测技术,即数字图像相关技术(Digital Image Correlation Method)对修复后磨牙和正常后磨牙在模拟的牙周组织中的位移和应变进行了测试,并比较了二者的差异。结果桩核修复有利于保持牙弓形态,有效的传递牙齿上所承受的垂直载荷。结论该研究充实了数字图像相关技术在医学领域的应用,丰富了医学界口腔领域关于桩核修复技术的现有成果。

Abstract:Objective In the stomatology regions, the clinical application of post - core restoring teeth is increasing. Yet, surprisingly, the correlative theory and experiments reported are rather limited. Methods In this paper, the advanced optical technique, that is digital image correlation method, has been used to measure the displacement and strain in periodontal support between restored molar and normal molar. Results By the comparison, the post - core technique has the advantage of maintaining original state and effectively transfer various loads supported by teeth. It shows that the mechanic performances of post - core restored teeth are nearly identical to the normal one. Conclusion The restored teeth will not make bad feelings to people when chewing. The post - core restoring technology can be used for clinic. On the other hand, it is proved that the application of digital image correlation would have wide - ranging prospect and enriched the production about the post - core technique in medicine regions.
