摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定放射性作业人员血清中铜、铁、锌,并和无射线接触史对照人群作对照;测得结果经统计学检验表明两组人群血清中铜、锌含量有显著性差异,血清铜、锌含量在放射人员中存在着性别差异,放射作业人员中锌含量与工龄呈负相关,而且本研究提示:长期从事放射性作业可以导致体内微量元素铜、锌明显降低。血清铁在本次研究中均未发现性别与工龄差异,其原因有待进一步研究。

Abstract:The amount of serum trace elements in workers exposed to X ray was analyzed by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, which was compared with the control group. The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups. In the exposed group the Zn ++ content decreased with the work year, and the trace element in the exposed female significantly decreased. All above indicated long term exposure to X ray induced the trace element (Zn  Cu ) to decrease.
