恒定磁场治疗急性特发性面神经炎的疗效分析与护理

目的：探讨恒定磁场治疗急性特发性面神经炎的疗效及总结其护理体会。方法：对102例急性特发性面神经炎的患者在内科常规药物治疗相同的基础上，随机分为两组，即恒磁疗法组50例，采用恒定磁场治疗；电针疗法组52例，采用电针治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：恒磁疗法与电针疗法治疗1个疗程的治愈率分别为80％和51.92％（P〈0.05）。结论：恒定磁场治疗急性特发性面神经炎收效快。治愈率高，值得临床推广。

Analysis on the effect of constant magnetic field on idiopathic facial palsy and nursing

Objective :To investigate the effect of constant magnetic field on idiopathic facial palsy and generalize its nursing experience. Methods:102 cases of patients with idiopathic facial palsy were randomly devided into constant magnetic field group (n=50) and electroacupuncture group(n=52), which were treated with constant magnetic field and electroacupuncture, respectively. The therapeutic efficacy between both groups was compared. Results:by the end of the first course, The general cure rate of constant magnetic field group and electroacupuncture group were 80% and 51.92%, respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Constant magnetic field which has fast and significant effect is worthy recommending to employ in treating idiopathic facial palsy.
