低分子肝素钙联合冠心宁、血塞通治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察低分子肝素钙联合冠心宁、血塞通治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法将120例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予血塞通400mg静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程7～10d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加入低分子肝素钙4000U皮下注射,每天1次;冠心宁注射液20ml静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程7～10d。2组通过神经功能缺损程度评分以及血液流变学参数的测定来评价2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原水平显著改善（P〈0.05）;且治疗后治疗组血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原水平显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论低分子肝素钙联合冠心宁、血塞通治疗脑梗死具更好的疗效。

Clinical observation on low molecular weight heparins calcium combined with Guanxinning and Xuesaitong in cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparins calcium combined with Guanxinning and Xuesaitong in cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases patients with cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 60 cases.Control group were given Xuesetong 400mg intravenously,one time a day,treatment 7~10d.Treatment group were joined on the basis of subcutaneous low molecular weight heparins calcium 4000U,one time a day;Guanxinning injection 20ml infusion,one time a day,treatment 7~10d.By neurological deficit score and the determination of hemorheological parameters to evaluate the efficacy.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（96.7%） was higher than that of control group（75.0%）,the difference was significant（P0.05）.After treatment,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels of treatment group were significantly improved（P0.05）;And plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparins calcium combined with Guanxinning and Xuesaitong in cerebral infarction has a better effect.
