护理模式与产后抑郁症的相关性研究

目的探讨综合护理模式对产后抑郁症的影响。方法 180例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。所有病例于入院当天,产后14d采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者进行心理评估,并比较2组产后抑郁发生率。结果观察组入院前后SDS与SAS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组SDS与SAS评分均高于入院前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SDS与SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生产后抑郁12例(13.3%),对照组发生28例(31.1%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可减少产后抑郁症的发生。

Related research of nursing models and postpartum depression

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive care model on postpartum depression patients.Methods 180 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 cases in each.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.All patients underwent psychological assessment by Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）and Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） on the admission day and 14 after postpartum,and the incidence of postpartum depression of 2 groups was compared.Results There were no significant difference in SDS and SAS score before and after admission in observation group（P0.05）,but which was higher than that before admission in control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The SDS and SAS score in observation group were lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.postpartum depression occured in 28 in the control group（31.1%）,while 12（13.3%） in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression.
