医院门诊抗酸药及消化性溃疡药利用分析

目的评价该院抗酸药及消化性溃疡药的利用情况与趋势。方法对医院门诊2009年抗酸药及消化性溃疡药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果抗酸药及消化性溃疡药销售金额排序与用药频度排序基本同步,胃酸分泌抑制剂应用最广。结论医院抗酸药及消化性溃疡药应用基本合理,H2受体拮抗剂、质子泵抑制剂应用前景广阔。

Using analysis of antiacids and antiulcer drugs in hospital outpatient

Objective To evaluate the current situation and the developmental trend of the application of antiacids and antiulcer drugs in hospital outpatient.Methods Analyzed terms of drug varieties,consumption quantity,consumption sum and DDDs of antiacid and antiulcer drugs used in hospital outpatient in 2009.Results The consumption sum sequence and DDDs sequence of antiacids and antiulcer drugs remained almost synchronous.And gastric acid secretion inhibitors were most widely used.Conclusion Clinical application of antiacids and antiulcer drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital is rational on the whole,and the prospect for the use of H2-receptor inhibitors and proton pump inhibitors is promising.
