| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管外皮细胞瘤的病理组织学特征与肿瘤预后的关系。方法:35例血管外皮细胞瘤以5年随访结果为标准分成良、恶性2组,其中良性2 0例,恶性15例,对这些肿瘤的病理组织学特征与随访结果作对比研究。结果:肿瘤直径和出血坏死机率在良恶性组间的差异有极显著性(P<0 .0 1) ,且细胞间变明显,网状纤维增多和部位深在的肿瘤多为恶性。结论:血管外皮细胞瘤的预后与肿瘤生长部位、大小、出血坏死、细胞间变及网状纤维的量有关,血管外皮细胞瘤是一种潜在恶性的肿瘤,远期转移复发为其特点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between histopathologic feature and prognosis in hemangiopericytomas(HPCs).Methods:35 cases of HPCs were divided into two groups by 5-year follow-up-survey result,20 of which were benign and 15 were malignant.A comparative study was made of histopathologic features of these tumors and follow-up-survey result.Results:The difference in diameter between benign and malignant tumors was significant(P<0.01),and so was the rate of hemorrhage/necrosis(P<0.01).The tumors with conspicuous anaplasia, more reticular fibre and situated deep position of body were almost malignant.Conclusions:The prognosis of patients with HPC is related to tumor's anaplasia,site,diameter,hemorrhage/necrosis and more reticular fibre,in our opinions,HPC is also a tumor with variable malignant potential. |
