| 摘 要： | 目的 研究高频电波刀电环切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的方法、效果及临床观察和护理.方法 分别分析63例LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的护理特点及术前、术后的护理方法;并与8例实施冷刀宫颈锥切术患者相比较.结果 LEEP术较冷刀出血少、手术时间短、疼痛小等特点;LEEP术护理成功.结论 LEEP术具有手术快捷、疼痛轻微、术后恢复快、副作用小,同时具有诊断和治疗的作用等优点.LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中,术前、术后的临床观察、术中的配合、出院的随访等有效的护理措施在减轻病人不必要的恐惧心理,保证LEEP治疗顺利完成等方面具有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the methods, clinical effect and nursing care of LEEP for the treatment of CIN. Methods The preoperative and postoperative nursing care for sixty-three patients with CIN were analyzed in this study. And the effect of cold knife conization of 8 patients was compared with that of LEEP. Results Both the operation and the nursing care of LEEP were much more satisfying than cold knife conization. Conclusion LEEP has the benefits of fewer complications, less danger, more convinence and effect. And the basic knowledge, operating procedure, preoperative mental nursing and postoperative nursing for LEEP should be practised for gynecologic nursing staff. All of these nursing care can relieve the patients'fear for LEEP and ensure the successful treatment of LEEP. |
