药品说明书对抑郁障碍病人治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨药品说明书对抑郁障碍病人治疗依从性的影响。方法前瞻性、对照研究。共入组139例,其中,研究组69例,在病人用药前对阅读说明书进行干预;对照组70例,不干预。2组均观察12 wk。以治疗依从性为主要评价指标,以治愈率、病例脱落率为次要评价指标。结果研究组阅读说明书30例,不阅读说明书39例;对照组分别为42例,28例。研究组的治疗依从性高于对照组;研究组显效率75%,脱落率23%,对照组分别为57%,41%,差异有显著意义(均P<0.05)。阅读说明书病人的治疗依从性比不阅读说明书病人的差。阅读说明书病人显效率50%,脱落率49%;非阅读组分别为82%,18%。差异有非常显著意义(均P<0.01)。结论药品说明书对抑郁障碍病人治疗的依从性有负面影响。

Clinical study of compliance for patients with depressive disorders to medical instruction manual
