老年性股骨骨折的骨牵引治疗效果观察及护理

目的：探讨老年性股骨骨折的骨牵引治疗效果。方法：应用骨牵引治疗58例存在手术禁忌证的老年性股骨骨折患者同时给予良好的护理,并随访半年,观察治疗后的Harris评分,探讨其护理方法。结果：所有患者在骨牵引治疗后,髋关节Harris评分优良率为82.76%,同时经过良好护理之后,其伴随疾病和并发症均得到了有效的治疗,随访半年无死亡病例。结论：当老年性股骨骨折存在手术禁忌证时,骨牵引可良好地恢复髋关节功能。同时结合良好的护理可有效治疗严重伴随疾病和并发症。

Clinical observation of efficacy of bone traction cured senile femoral fractures and nursing

Objective： To observe the efficacy of bone traction in treatment of senile femoral fractures. Methods： Bone traction cured 58 cases of patients with senile femoral fractures who had operation contraindication, and gave good care. After follow-up for half a year, observed the Harris score after treated, discussed the nursing points. Results： After bone traction treated, all patients hip Harris score fine rate was 82.76%. And after good care, all patients′associated with diseases and complications were given effective treatment, no deaths in follow-up for half a year. Conclusion： When senile femoral fractures have operation contraindication, bone traction can be good to restored hip function, combining with the good care, can effective treated the patients′associated with diseases and complications.
