住院患者对护理服务需求的调查

目的了解住院患者对护理服务需求的情况。方法选择我院18个科室134名患者，采用问卷调查的形式对护理服务主动性、护士工作能力、护患沟通、病区环境、健康教育等5个方面进行调查。结杲患者对5个方面护理服务需求的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其中对护士工作能力的需求最高，对病区环境需求较低；内科患者需求高于外科患者，护理任务重的科室患者需求大。结论护理人员要深化以人为本理念，注重掌握护理知识与技能，提高工作能力，满足患者需求。

A survey of Nursing Demands of Hospitalized Patients

Objective To understand the nursing demands of the inpatients.Methods A total of 134 inpatients of 18 departments were surveyed by questionnaire.The contents of the survey included the promptness of service,professional capability,nurse-patients communication,environment of ward,and health education.Results The patients' demands for nursing were significantly different(P<0.05).The most important demand was the professional capability and the least important one was environment of the wards.The demands of patients in internal department were higher than those in the surgical department.Meanwhile,the patients in the departments with more nursing tasks had more demands.Conclusion The nurses should have a patient-centered attitude and should be familiar with the nursing knowledge and skills,so as to improve their serving ability and satisfy the demands of patients.
