摘    要:目的了解敌鼠钠盐(A区)和溴敌隆(B区)在海岛部队营区灭鼠效果。方法在现场采取回合式投药法。结果A试验区灭鼠前密度为:直观法36.62%,粉迹法43.57%;灭鼠后:直观法1,39%,粉迹法2.92%,分别下降96.20%和93.30%。B试验区灭鼠前密度为:直观法43.08%,粉迹法39.06%;灭鼠后:直观法1.61%,粉迹法2.38%,分别下降96.26%和93.91%。结论敌鼠钠盐和溴敌隆价格低廉,对鼠类适口性好.灭鼠效果比较显著。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the rodenticide control efficacy of Diphacine-Na salt for A test field and Bromadiolone for B test field in camping area. Methods Round method was applied for field experiment. Results The rat density before control was 36. 62% by observing directly method and 43.57% by powder illustration method. After the application of control methods, the rat density dropped to 1. 39% by observing directly method and 2. 92% by powder illustrating method. The rat density decrease rate were 96. 20% and 93.30% respectively. The rat density before control was 43.08% by observing directly method and 39. 06% by powder illustration method. After the application of control methods, the rat density dropped to 1. 61% by observing directly method and 2. 38% by powder illustration method, the rat density decrease rate were 96. 26% and 93.91%. Conclusion Diphacine-Na salt and Bromadiolone were cheap for use. They had good palatability to rodents and good efficacy against rodents.
