| 摘 要： | 目的评价动力髋螺钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法应用多功能手术台、C形臂X线机对56例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折进行闭合复位、有限切开动力髋螺钉固定。结果或随访4-48个月,骨折愈合时间10-16周,髋内翻2例, 骨溶解螺钉松动脱出1例,优42例,良11例,差3例,优良率为94.6%。结论采用闭合复位、有限切开动力髋螺钉固定损伤小, 稳定性好,术后并发症少,是治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的一种较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical results of dynamic hip screws for the intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients. Methods 56 cases of the intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients have been studied during surgical closed reduction and limited open fixation with dynamic hip screws using multipurpose surgical table and C - type X - ray machine. Results 56 patients were followed - up for 4-48 months, and the time of fracture healing was 10-16 weeks. Complication included 2 coxa varus,1 osteolysis and pin loosening . 42 cases were excellent , 11 cases good and 3 case bad. The excellent and good rate was 94. 6% . Conclusion Closed reduction and limited open fixation are effective for protecting the blood supply and the stability of fracture after fixation . And complication will occur much less after the operation. Therefore , using the dynamic hip screws is an ideal method for the treatment of the intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients. |
