柴芍承气汤综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎并胃肠功能衰竭临床疗效观察

目的探讨柴芍承气汤综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并胃肠功能衰竭的治疗作用。方法将54例SAP并胃肠功能衰竭患者随机分成治疗组27例,对照组27例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用柴芍承气汤治疗。观察并比较两组患者胃肠功能的恢复情况,并发症的发生率、病死率及平均住院日的情况。结果治疗组腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间,平均排便、排气恢复时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组并发症发生率(11.11%Vs 37.04%),平均住院日(30.16±18.54 Vs 51.78±16.39),均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);病死率(3.7%Vs 22.2%)较对照组显著降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴芍承气汤综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎并胃肠功能衰竭疗效显著,可以减少并发症的发生,改善预后。

Study of chaishao chengqi Decoction in treating sever Acute Pancreatitis with Gastrointestinal Function Failure

Objective To study the effect of chaishao chengqi decoction synthesis treatment for patients of sever acute pancreatitis﹝SAP﹞ with gastrointestinal function failure.Methods 54 cases of SAP with gastrointestinal function failure were divided into treatment group and control group,27 cases in every group.Regular treatment was given to control group,while chaishao chengqi decoction was added to treatment group.Their gastrointestinal function restoration,complication,mortality and average days of hospitalization was compared.Results Results The relief time of bellyache and abdominal crying and defecation in treatment group was shorter than control group(P<0.01).The rate of complication(11.11%Vs 37.04%)and average days of hospitalization(30.16±18.54Vs 51.78±16.39) in treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05),while the mortality(3.7%Vs 22.2%)had no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaishao chengqi decoction has a good effect on SAP with gastrointestinal function failure.It can reduce the occurrence of local complication,improve the prognosis and reduce mortality.
