九味冠心汤治疗冠心病216例

目的]观察自拟九味冠心汤治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法]就诊病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各216例,治疗组用自拟九味冠心汤加减治疗,药用黄芪、丹参、栝蒌、薤白、桂枝、三七粉、延胡索、桔梗、郁金。发作时可用硝酸甘油或速效救心丸等以缓解症状。对照组用西医常规治疗。如用硝酸异山梨酯、硝酸甘油、心达康、阿斯匹林肠溶片等。结果]治疗组总有效率96.3%,对照组总有效81%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]自拟九味冠心汤治疗冠心病有较好的治疗效果,而且副作用少,疗效稳定且持久。

Jiuwei Guanxin Decoction Treatment of 216 cases of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of the the Jiuwei Guanxin decoction treatment of coronary artery disease.Methods] Treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 216 cases,the treatment group to use the the Jiuwei Guanxin decoction treatment,medicinal clinics,Danshen Gualou,Xiebai Guizhi Sanqi powder,Yanhusuo,Jiegeng,Yujin.Available attack the glonoin or Quick-actng Pill for Heart,Resurrectin,to relieve symptoms.Control group treated with conventional Western treatment methods.If and Isosorbide Dinitrate,Glonoine,Xindakang,Aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Results] The total efficiency of 96.3% in the control group 81% of the total effective in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]The proposed treatment of coronary artery disease of Jiuwei Guanxinkang soup a better therapeutic effect and less side effects,efficacy and stability and sustainable.
