| 摘 要： | 为提高高海拔地区高龄老年手术病人围手术期的安全性，我们对４０例７０岁以上老年手术病人，术前对其夹杂疾患，重要脏器功能测定，分别进行统计与平原同类病人对比。呼吸、循环等系统夹杂疾患发生率及心电图异常者明显增高，死亡率相差０．１％，观察术中本征变化规律以及术后死亡原因；结果表明术前应全面了解病人全身情况及夹杂疾患，迅速纠正休克等不利因素，根据病人具体情况选择合理的麻醉方式及麻醉药物，对病人的安全系数和

| Abstract: | o increase the safety of operation,40 patients of age above 70 years(high altitude patients)vvere observed on their complicated diseases and functions of important organs before opration,life signs during anaesthesia,and death cause after operation. The results were cornpared to simi-lar patients at lowland(lowland patients).The results showed that the incidences of complicatedrespiratory and circulatory diseases,and abnormal ECGs in high altitude patients were higherthan those in lowland patients.It was suggested that decreasing the factors harmful to the patins-t,selecting appropriate anaesthetic drug and method could increase the safety of operation for thehigh altitude old patients. |
