| 摘 要： | 目的评价新活素治疗充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效及其不良反应。方法治疗组48例，给予新活素治疗；对照纽52例，给予硝普钠治疗。观察两组用药前后生命体征、呼吸困难程度及相关血流动力学指标的变化。结果两组比较，在改善呼吸困难程度等临床症状及左室射血分数方面差异显著（P〈0．05）；发生与用药有关的不良反应治疗组1例，对照组7例，两组比较差异显著（P〈O．01）。结论新活素治疗CHF疗效显著，不良反应发生率低。
