摘    要:目的 探讨有卫生间的百级层流病房有效的环境消毒方法,为临床护理工作提供参考.方法 2013年2~3月将解放军总医院海南分院有卫生间的层流病房20间随机分为观察组与对照组,每组10间,观察组采用清洁-0.05%有效氯溶液擦拭-0.05%过氧乙酸喷雾消毒,对照组采用清洁-0.05%有效氯溶液擦拭-3%过氧化氢喷雾消毒的方法实施环境消毒后进行空气浮游菌及沉降菌、地面及台面染菌浓度监测.结果 观察组病房和卫生间消毒后空气浮游菌浓度分别为(0.900±0.738)个/m3及(0.956±0.550)个/m3,对照组病房和卫生间消毒后空气浮游菌浓度分别为(6.351±6.297)个/m3及(6.112±6.311)个/m3,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.0141、0.0236),观察组优于对照组;观察组与对照组病房及卫生间的空气沉降菌浓度、地面表面染菌浓度及台面表面染菌浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 有卫生间的百级层流病房应用过氧乙酸喷雾消毒优于过氧化氢喷雾消毒,消毒效果可靠,值得临床参考使用.

Abstract:Objective To explore effective environmental disinfection method in laminar airflow units with toilet rooms, and provide guidance for clinical nursing work. Methods 20 laminar airflow units with toilet rooms in Hainan Affiliated Hospital of General Hospital of PLA were randomly divided into observation group and control group from February to March 2013, each group had l0 rooms. In the observation group, solid surface in laminar airflow units was cleaned with water, followed with 0.05% available chlorine, and 0.05% peracetic acid spray. In the control group, solid surface in laminar airflow units was cleaned with water, followed with 0.05% available chlorine, and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Density of bacteria in airborne floating, ground surface and table-board were monitored after decontamination with two different methods. Results The concentration of airborne floating bacteria in laminar airflow ward and toilet rooms in the observation group were (0.900±0.738) per/m^3 and (0.956±0.550) per/m3, respectively, while in the control group were (6.351±6.297) per/m3 and (6.112 ±6.311) per/m3, the observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P = 0.0141, 0.0236). There were no differences in density bacteria in airborne floating, ground surface and table-board between the two groups (all P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Decontamination method with 0.05% peracetic acid spray is more effective and reliable for environmental protection in laminar airflow units with toilet rooms, which is worthy of clinical reference.
