摘    要:目的 研究踝关节骨折的手术治疗方法及功能康复效果.方法 选择2011年1月~2012年1月浙江省湖州市中医院手术治疗的踝关节骨折患者114例.其中,旋前外旋型38例,中旋后内收型30例,旋前背屈型24例,旋后外旋型22例.所有患者均进行了踝关节早期处理、切开复位、手术治疗、术后功能锻炼.观察患者治疗效果.结果 在随访114例患者中,患者优84例,良20例,可8例,差2例,优良率为91.23%(104/114).结论 及时对踝关节周围韧带进行处理是踝关节骨折治疗的关键.踝关节的手术治疗及术后早期功能锻炼对患者的恢复至关重要.

Abstract:Objective To study the methods and results of surgical treatment for ankle fractures functional rehabilitation.Methods From January 2011 to January 2012,114 cases of patients who had anklebone fracture and underwent surgery were selected in Huzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Among the patients,38 cases of pronation-external rotation type,30 cases of supination adduction,24 cases of dorsiflexion pronation and 22 cases of supination external rotation were found.All patients were treated with ankle early treatment,opened reduction surgery,postoperative functional exercise.The therapeutic effect was observed Results 114 patients were followed-up,84 cases with excellent result,20 cases with good treatment result,8 cases with moderate result and 2 cases with poor result were found,the excellent-good rate was 91.23%(104/114).Conclusion Dealing with the ankle ligaments in time is the key to the treatment of ankle fractures.Surgical treatment of ankle early postoperative functional exercise machines on the recovery of patients is essential.
